The kitchen the appliances were in great shape and so were the granite countertops and cabinets.  A little paint, with a change of color made all the difference to the look in the kitchen.

Tile backsplash was added in the gray color scheme; open shelving added as well as a redesigned iron hood for that old mountain home look. New cabinet iron pulls were added and the kitchen island was wrapped in iron for that rustic look. The two new sinks and plumbing fixtures were updated .

Strip lighting was added over cabinets , under toe kick and under cabinet lighting to help brighten up the kitchen. New island light fixtures , new dining room fixture, and updated LED can lights were added.

All doors, trim and beams were re-stained to match new 8’ x 12"‘ plank Hickory hardwood floors throughout the home. New carpeting was added to upstairs bedrooms. Stair banisters were updated with iron railings to continue the “old mountain home” theme.

The home has 3 1/2 bathrooms - Main bathroom and half bathroom were full remodels. For cost savings the other two bathrooms were partially remodel with fresh paint and new linens and decor items.

New patio, planting spaces, pavers were added for outdoor living spaces
